SSTI School of Non-Profits (SNP) is dedicated to capability building in the areas of governance and management for the social service sector. We provide training in the areas of Professional Development, Non-Profit Governance and Management Development, as well as Organisational and Personal Development. In addition, SNP also provides board governance consultancy services to NPOs to facilitate the development of an effective governing board.
Non-Profit Governance and Management Development
Non-profit Governance and Management programmes are designed to strengthen the leadership and management skills in the social service sector by providing VWO board members and leaders with new relevant knowledge and tools.
Organisational and Personal Development
Organisational and Personal Development programmes offer opportunities for enhancing professional growth and personal effectiveness of staff of NPOs in areas such as Finance, Fundraising, Human Resource and Volunteer Management, Research, Communication.
Employability Skills System
These programmes, endorsed by the Workforce Development Agency, comprises a set of essential employability and literacy skills to raise an employee’s effectiveness and improve his/her work abilities
