SSTI offers the Bachelor in Social Work in Singapore through a partnership with Monash University, Department of Social Work. The Bachelor of Social Work is the first overseas social work degree in Singapore and was launched as a manpower initiative to build capabilities in the social service sector. The Department of Social Work at Monash University is one of the most respected social work schools internationally. Centre for Developmental Disability Studies, affiliated to the University of Sydney, Australia

The Diploma in Disability Studies was developed as a joint initiative between SSTI, and the Centre for Developmental Disability Studies (CDDS), an affiliate to the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sydney, Australia. CDDS was established jointly by University of Sydney, Macquarie University, The Spastic Centre of NSW and the Australian Departments of Health. Through these links, CDDS has both a sound research base as well as direct application to the fast changing and complex disability field.

Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), National University of Singapore (NUS)

SSTI and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) of the National University of Singapore (NUS) are pleased to collaborate to bring forth two executive development programmes for leaders of Voluntary Welfare Organisations and Non-Profit Organisations, namely the "Executive Leadership Development Programme (For Social Workers)" and the "Senior Management Programme for Non-Profits (Advanced)". Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP)

NYP collaborates with SSTI on the Specialist Diploma in Counselling, offered in line with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) requirements for registration as SAC Registered Counsellors.

Flinders University

SSTI offers the Bachelor of Education(Special Education) in partnership with Flinders University, Australia, School of Education. The School of Education at Flinders University, aims to be at the forefront of knowledge creation about education through its teaching, research and professional activities. It has offered Bachelor and Master of Education degrees in Special Education for more than 30 years.
