Training Development and Support (TDS) department facilitates dialogue sessions with stakeholders to identify learning needs of the social service sector and develop training content and instructional design of new courses. The department also formulates professional development pathways for key professionals. These pathways serve to identify and guide the training needs of staff as they progress in their careers. TDS also provides the marketing and publicity support to ensure services/training information reaches professionals in the sector.
