Non-Profit Consultancy is dedicated to helping NPOs enhance their governance and management capabilities. We provide consultancy in the area of board governance and facilitate NPOs’ grant applications for capability building.

SSTI facilitates organisational needs diagnosis and provides advice on project structuring for management consultancy projects such as Strategic Planning, Financial Policies/Procedures, Human Resource (Staff & Volunteers), Fund-raising & Marketing, Organisation Processes (ISO, SQC) and Work Redesign.

Registered Charities and IPCs can also apply for the VCF Consultancy Grant which co-funds up to 80% of consultancy project fees.
