The TNA Consultancy Service aims to provide all the necessary procedures, tools and forms for Non Profit Organisations (NPOs) to become self-sufficient in managing a systematic training needs analysis system. The benefits of a TNA process goes beyond staff development, it is also an important component in attracting and retaining capable staff members as they see the opportunity of growth in their career.

For Whom

NPOs who wish to build or enhance a system to identify training needs of staff and volunteers to equip them with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively, as recommended by the Code of Governance for Large Charities (with annual receipts of $10m and above).

Key Deliverables

Upon successful completion of the consultancy project, a report would be submitted to the NPO and this includes:
- A training policy and policy manual
- Competency job maps and training pathways
- Critical issues for management’s action
- Recommended solutions and a training framework
- Related forms customised to the needs of the NPOs

Scope & Timeline

This consultancy project may vary according to the individual needs and requirements of NPOs. It is estimated to take about 2 months, depending on the number of positions in the organisation.
