Mr Laurence Lien, Chairman, Lien Foundation |

Laurence is the Chairman of Lien Foundation. He is also Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre and acting CEO of The Community Foundation of Singapore. Laurence previously served in the Singapore Administrative Service, rotating through different positions in the Ministries of Finance, Community Development and Sports, Home Affairs and Education. Laurence has a Bachelor of Arts from Oxford University, an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government in Harvard University. Laurence is President of the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership, Deputy Chairman of Lien Aid, Board member of the Lien Centre for Social Innovation at the Singapore Management University, Caritas Singapore Community Council and the Community Foundation of Singapore. |

Ms Liza Boffen-Yordanov, President, Association of Fundraising Professionals

Liza is the Dean for Undergraduate Programs at the Center for American Education. She was previously the Associate Director, Development at the National University of Singapore. She has over 12 years of fundraising and volunteer management experience with a range of higher education and charitable organisations, including the National University of Singapore, Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), USA Girl Scouts Overseas-Singapore, Girl Scouts of Sycamore Council, Purdue University, Trinity (Washington) University and Historic Prophetstown.
A dedicated volunteer, Liza currently serves as the President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Singapore Chapter. She was previously the Vice President of the AFP, Singapore Chapter.
The AFP International represents 30,000 members in 212 chapters throughout the world, working to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education and certification programs. The AFP Singapore Chapter is a growing group of professionals, strengthening AFP International’s vision of philanthropy in Asia. |

Ms Jane Binks, Vice-President, Association of Fundraising Professionals Singapore

Jane is the Director of Development for the National Heritage Board (NHB), where she is tasked with unifying the fundraising efforts of the NHB’s major institutions. Previously, she served three years as the head of fundraising for the National Museum of Singapore. Prior to joining the NHB, she lived in Malaysia and France and worked as a consultant for one of the leading e-learning companies in France.
Jane graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a Bachelors in English Literature and took her Masters in Management, Economics and Politics at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, where she specialised in environmental economics and policy.
With over 15 years experience in strategic planning, project management and capacity building, she has worked with diverse groups of stakeholders in the United States, Asia and Europe, giving her a deep understanding of the issues and challenges facing the philanthropic community.

| Mr Ralph Leonard, Events Chair, Association of Fundraising Professionals Singapore |

Ralph has had extensive cross-functional experience in both the non-profit and profit worlds during his 28 years in Asia. He has carried out charitable fundraising for a number of global and local non-profit organisations helping to raise more than S$250 million dollars since 1986.
Ralph has provided pro-bono services which included:
-- Association of Fundraising Professionals Vice President/Education Programme Chair since 2004, this included organising/delivering six to eight seminars annually for professional and volunteer charity fundraisers;
-- Fundraising trainer and mentor for The IRRI Fund Singapore;
-- Fundraising advice and mentoring to *SCAPE in Singapore;
-- Clinton Global Initiative Hong Kong Conference 2008 volunteer networker and coordinator.
Ralph holds a joint Executive MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese (read at Harvard and Fudan Universities).

Tim is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Asian Women’s Welfare Association (AWWA), heading AWWA's wide range of services. He serves on the executive committee of ComCare and the Charity Council’s Code of Governance Refinement Workgroup. Prior to his appointment at AWWA, he was a practicing lawyer in a major law firm and corporation for more than 20 years. |
