Ms Chew Seow Chien is a partner at Bain, and leader of Bain Singapore's probono consulting practice, "Bain Cares". Ms Chew works with many leading consumer products and financial services companies, in areas such as strategy, M&A, procurement, and talent management. She has worked on projects in US, and across Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China and Australia. Since 2007, she has also volunteered her time to create Bain Cares, and share expertise with the non-profit sector in Singapore. She received her MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, and is a graduate of Cambridge University, with an M Phil in Finance and BA. |

Mr Sebastien Lamy leads the Bain Cares Executive Skill Sharing initiative, which includes training sessions for non profit leaders in conjunction with the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre, and support for VWOs in areas such as people development and results measurement. Mr Lamy joined Bain in 2001, and has an MBA from INSEAD (Singapore/Paris). |

Ms Tee brings along with her 9 years of Human Resources and Talent Management experience. She was formerly a Manager in the Human Resources Division of a leading global airline. Prior to her career in HR, she worked with a local newspaper and multimedia company in the area of public relations and internal communications. |

Mr Chia Ngiang Hong is a veteran in the real estate industry with over 30 years of experience and is currently City Developments Limited (CDL) Group General Manager. He is active in grassroots activities and serves as a Council Member and Chairman of Finance Committee in South East Community Development Council. He is also the Chairman of Bedok Citizens’ Consultative Committee (CCC) and Council Member of East Coast Town Council. He has been a member of the Construction and Real Estate Sub-Committee under Community Chest for many years, actively contributing to numerous charity activities, including chairing the Red Cross Charity Gala event to raise funds for the community in 2005. |

Mr Suhaimi has vast experience conducting training and consulting assignments for major private and public sector organisations.
