  • Possible hesitation and limitations in engaging seniors, and to propose strategies to prepare the staff accordingly.

  • Creation of ‘enriched environments of support’, including work with people who have dementia
  • Outcome-focused assessment, support planning and review with seniors and family carers
  • Evaluate effective collaborative working and ‘enriched environments of support’
