    All payment must be received prior to the event before 20 October 2007 to guarantee a seat. Please indicate the participant's name and conference title at the back of the cheque/bank draft. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon confirmation of your application.

    Withdrawal/Cancellation and Refund:
    All cancellation requests must be sent to SSTI in writing. For withdrawals/cancellations, the following conditions apply (except if the participant's withdrawal is due to medical reasons supported by medical certification):
    * Before 20 October 2007 - Full refund of amount paid less an administrative charge of $50
    * On/After 20 October 2007 - No refund; participants will be required to pay the full conference fees to SSTI

    All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference.

    Replacement:
    Requests for replacement of participants are allowed. The organisation will be required to submit the request in writing to SSTI at least 2 weeks prior to the Conference.

    Changes and Cancellation:
    SSTI reserves the rights to make changes to the conference programme, date, time and venue, or cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort, however, will be made to inform participants as soon as possible of the change. For cancellation of the conference by SSTI, fees received will be refunded in full.

    Head of Organisation's Approval*:
    All applications are to be supported and approved by the Head of Organisation prior to the submission. In situation where support and approval from Head of Organisation is found unauthentic, participants will not be entitled to the VWO Capability Fund (VCF) and will be requested by SSTI to pay full conference fees.

    VCF Funding Principle*:
    Participants funded under the VWO Capability Fund (VCF) will be required to achieve at least 75% attendance in order to be eligible for VCF. Participants who fail to achieve 75% attendance will be required to pay the full conference fees to SSTI.

    Certification:
    A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance for the course applied for. A medical certificate will be required as verification for absence due to illness. However, if absence is more than 25% of the course, the Certificate of Achievement will not be issued.

    SSTI reserves the rights to update the terms and conditions from time to time as necessary.

    * Applicable to local participants from NCSS Member VWOs or MCYS funded agencies applying for VCF.
