Synopsis: Expectations of grantmakers, donors and volunteers

Fostering engaged giving by donors and volunteers and developing a relationship with givers

International Fundraising and Donor Management Practices
Speakers: Ms Liza Boffen-Yordanov, President, Association of Fundraising Professionals Singapore

Synopsis: An overview of the development functions internationally, featuring a few of the most current techniques and case studies from Singapore and the USA. It covers the skills and practices necessary for individuals and Board members with little to no direct fundraising experience.

Management of Engaged Givers

Asian Women's Welfare Association (AWWA)

Synopsis: The nature and form of giving has changed. Not only do givers want to support the beneficiaries, givers are more engaged in supporting the NPOs to do better. How do NPOs keep in touch with the changes and keep their givers engaged?
